At Divine Habits, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened sage bundles
• Used candles
• Opened crystals or wellness items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Divine Habits reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
